Elyse

Elyse is a 6-year-old from Mason City who was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Her warning sign before diagnosis was abnormal bruising. This prompted blood work that came back abnormal and led to further testing and leukemia diagnosis. She then initiated chemotherapy treatment at University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
